The Department of Education at NNU has a number of degree programs for undergraduate, graduate and adult students that offer a variety of endorsements and certifications. Undergraduate

Degree Certification Endorsements
Elementary Ed. (B.A.) K-8, with middle school content endorsement Middle School Social Studies, Language Arts, Mathematics or Science (Required for any student enrolling after July 1, 2013)
Secondary Ed. (B.A.) K-12 in Art, Kinesiology, or Music
7-12 in Biology, Chemistry, English, History, Mathematics or Spanish
First Field options include Biology, Chemistry, English, History, Kinesiology, Mathematics or Spanish.

Second Field options include American Government, Art, Biology, Chemistry, Communication, Economics, English, Health, History, Kinesiology, Mathematics, Music, Physics, Psychology or Spanish

Adult & Professional Programs

Elementary Ed. (B.A. or M.Ed.) K-8 with middle school content endorsement Middle School Social Studies, Language Arts, Mathematics or Science (Required for any student enrolling after July 1, 2013)
Secondary Ed. (Certification or M.Ed.) 7-12 Certification in content areas outlined by Idaho Code Second Field options include American Government, Art, Biology, Chemistry, Communication, Economics, English, Health, History, Kinesiology, Mathematics, Music, Physics, Psychology or Spanish
